Skyello was built to modernize industrial inspections through AI and robotics. I led product strategy and UX from initial product definition—aligning feature sets with operational pain points—through system architecture, user flow design, and enterprise deployment. The platform scaled inspector output from 3–4 to 30 inspections per week—enabling over 31,000 inspections annually per 20-person team. This shift delivered an estimated $41.3M in annual value by reducing labor overhead and preventing high-cost safety incidents.
When deployed across 20 sites, the projected impact exceeds $826M annually—demonstrating how design leadership, when integrated with business objectives, drives measurable ROI at scale.
